Who is Puc

A SENSE OF PUC
Pien the dog lies softly snoring in a corner as the sewing machine rattles and hums. Skins in trendy seasonal colours are spread over the workbench ready to be processed. The smell of leather mingles with the scent of fresh coffee.
Welcome to Puc’s workshop, in the old centre of Haarlem. This is the workplace of Sandra Roozen (1974), the creative mind behind Puc. Here the newest models are created, designed and manufactured. Each one according to the Puc philosophy – a bag should be kept simple.

SLEEK SHAPES
'As a graphic designer, I’m fascinated by sleek shapes. That’s reflected in the Puc bags,' Sandra explains. 'They are sleek and simple, no frills. Just the way a bag ought to be. Sturdy but stylish at the same time, with the use of soft pastels, black and varying seasonal colours.'

Besides studying at the Amsterdam University of the Arts, Sandra also trained in fashion & clothing. A combination reflected in the Puc collection.

SAMPLE THE ATMOSPHERE
Directly across from the workshop, in the same charming street is Puc’s showroom. Here you can really get a sense of Puc, see the collection up close, smell and even touch the leather.
You can also have your very own bag made for you here. Choose your favourite Puc model and colour and we will get right to work for you! Because that is what Puc stands for: Personalized Unique Collection. Every bag is made by hand and with love, including for you. One of a kind!

THURSDAY, SHOPPING DAY
Every Thursday is shopping day in the showroom. You are welcome between 11 am and 5 pm at Tuchthuisstraat 14 in Haarlem. Prefer to come by on another day? Then give Sandra a ring or send her an email to make an appointment.
