Has your order been placed and paid for before 19:00? Then we’ll ship it via PostNL / MyParcel within one workday. PostNL general terms of service apply.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Want to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Simply send an email to email@example.com immediately following purchase. If you wait to cancel, your package may already be underway. In that case, please return the order within 7 workdays. Puc will then automatically transfer the price of the canceled order back into your account.
Shipping to anywhere in the Netherlands is free for orders totaling €25 or more. For international orders, or domestic orders totaling less than €25, going shipping rates apply.
PROBLEMS DURING TRANSIT
Prior to shipping, Puc carefully crafts and inspects all bags and other items. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please let us know immediately via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
